Georgina Moya is responsible for all the administrative affairs of the firm, watching over the day-to-day, as well as all operational aspects of the office. Ms. Moya oversees and implements our initiatives related to the development of ConfeAuditores Dominicana, from the implementation of new services, supporting our consultants and advisors in the client management, and designing strategies for capturing new markets. With more than ten years of professional experience and over five years of experience in the legal and financial consulting industries, Georgina Moya has a strong background providing her abilities and dynamism to the firm.
She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Católica de Santo Domingo with Magna Cum Laude honors, where she also received a technical degree in Accounting.
Ms. Moya also obtained a Post-Graduate degree in Political Management and Governance with Summa Cum Laude honors, receiving triple certification from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) in cooperation with The George Washington University (GWU), and Universidad Católica de Santo Domingo (UCSD). She also has a Diploma in International Trade and Foreign Affairs and one in Political Marketing with a double certification from the UNAM and the UCSD. She recently completed a specialized course with the University of Maryland on “Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship”.
She is the current coordinator of the diplomatic and consular representations of the Embassy and Honorary Consulate of South Africa for the Dominican Republic, a position she has held for over five years.
She is also a member of the reviewing staff for thesis draft projects in the Unit of Education at a Distance at Universidad Católica de Santo Domingo. Winner of the “Excellency in an Undergraduate Thesis” award for her work on “Proposal for the Implementation of the 5’s Japanese System for the Improvement of the Quality in the Processes of the Water Treatment Plant Elimar Ice Corp.”. This thesis project was selected for publishing by Editorial Académica Española (Publishing House) in their selection of the best university investigation projects of the Dominican Republic within the business area.
Georgina Moya is trilingual in Spanish, English, and French.
